Dr. Jo (Xuejiao) Han is Head of Quant and Research at terralayr, where she focuses on BESS monetisation, energy flexibility, and power market optimisation. She brings ten years of experience in energy economics, optimisation, techno-economic analysis, and renewable energy valuation, and has led pioneering projects including Europe’s first unsubsidised co-located PPA and initiatives on 24/7 carbon-free energy matching. She holds a Doctor of Science degree from ETH Zurich and works at the intersection of market design, commercial strategy, and scalable flexibility solutions.
