Amanda Niklaus

Amanda is a seasoned energy professional with over a decade of experience spanning Europe, Australia, and the US. With a background as an energy consultant, analyst, and economist, she brings deep expertise in power markets, trading strategies, and commercial structuring for new energy technologies. Throughout her career, Amanda has trained more than 1000 energy stakeholders across Europe, Asia, and Australia in power market dynamics and energy risk management.

She currently serves as Global Head of Markets at Ingrid Capacity, where she leads the company’s commercial strategy and positioning across key markets. Prior to this, Amanda was Head of Department – Origination at Swiss utility BKW, where she established and expanded their PPA business throughout Europe. She also worked as a Senior Consultant at Pexapark, advising clients on commercial energy risk and market entry strategy.

Sumon Vangchuay

Sumon is an experienced convener and strategist of professional communities and knowledge-sharing platforms, with over 15-year experience designing and delivering multidisciplinary expert-led initiatives across Europe, the U.S., and parts of Asia and Africa. Over the past six years, her work has focused on strategic professional engagement across the energy sector. To date, she has delivered more than 350 international convenings – including global conferences, executive forums, and training programmes – for multidisciplinary professionals, both in person and virtually.

She currently leads the global event portfolio at Pexapark, where she shapes experience-driven programmes that strengthen client relationships and advance the company’s thought leadership and market positioning across Europe and the U.S.
